The health and safety of our guests, staff and community are a priority and we must all act responsibly to help stop the spread of COVED-19. Everyone staying healthy is our number one priority! When you arrive at Arrowhead, you will notice new protocols and procedures that follow the guidelines from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health officials. We are committed to following state and local health orders, and will continuously adjust operations and safety protocols to protect staff and guests. When visiting a public space, risk of being exposed to COVED-19 does exist. Understanding that no reasonable efforts can entirely wipe out possibilities of a virus being transmitted, we remain committed to taking every step to help protect the safety of our staff and guests. The health of our staff is being diligently monitored and remains a priority in our daily operations. Our health and safety policies may be revised at any time.

To make your experience better and safer:

  • Face coverings must be worn by all staff and guests when at Arrowhead, except when seated and eating.
  • We have added some outdoor seating
  • On the hill, our outdoor setting makes physical distancing easy, but in the base area and other locations where it is more difficult to do so, we have signage to remind guests to wear face coverings and remain six feet apart. This includes in lines, when loading and unloading lift areas and in inside the lodge.
  • Plexiglass barriers have been installed in areas where physical distancing measures are not possible, including at points of purchase.
  • The number of guests in some areas may be reduced at times to ensure proper physical distancing.

More on Arrowhead's Ski/Snowboard lift is categorized as a single person lift that does not require operator assistance for an experienced guest to load and unload. It is this design difference that meets the general standard that if social distancing can be maintained that a mask is not required. However the loading area tends to be a bottle neck area at times when guest that are new to the sport might need to take a break and step aside to let others go up the lift and decided it is best practice to require a mask at all times in the loading area.

Food service menu has been streamed line to reduce wait time and excessive food handling during the preparation process.

Hot food items will be packaged in To-Go packaging and can bag your order to be easily taken to your vehicle and outdoor table or other part of the building.

We ask that you wear face coverings and practice physical distancing by remaining six feet apart from others when in the parking lots.

The recreation area is designated as a city park and can visited at any time during daytime hours and be used by the public for general outdoor recreation activities. Some areas or activities maybe restricted due to different activities conflict with each other such as sledding and ski lessons (smiler to trying to have a soccer game and a football game on the same field at the same time, just doesn't work)
